1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the KidsGlow mobile application (“Application”, “Service”) created by Heartsys Interactive (“Service Provider”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By downloading or using KidsGlow, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, uninstall the Application and discontinue use.

These Terms apply worldwide, including users residing in the EU (GDPR region), United Kingdom, United States, South Korea, and all other countries.

2. Eligibility

KidsGlow is not intended for children under 13 years old unless a parent or legal guardian provides verifiable consent.

Users located in the United States who are under 13 are protected under COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act).

3. Parental Consent (COPPA Requirement)

If a user is under 13 in the United States:

• a parent or guardian must approve account creation
• we may request verification before activation
• parents may request data review or data deletion
